Land Support


Guidance on land viability, bid preparation and ‘hands on’ assistance in active land bids.

Allison Developer Services are hugely experienced in assessing land appraisals and bid submissions. Project management


Project-managing design teams directly, Allison Developer Services will ensure all parties work collaboratively to aid ‘in-time-delivery’ of all consents, whilst ensuring risks are appropriately assessed and managed in order sites within your ‘land bank’ are commenced as quickly and effectively as possible.

Understanding the importance and pressure associated in delivering land as quickly as possible through the consent and procurement process, ADS offer assistance in minimising delays and protecting the business plan for both large or small scale projects.


Procurement & 'Value engineering'


The pressure on the cost-base since coming out of the pandemic has seen unprecedented fluctuation in the cost of labour and materials, with lead-in periods and availability of materials having a significant impact on building programmes if not managed.

Support and advice ensuring procurement is managed during the pre-planning process, thereby ensuring projects are let on a fixed price basis ensuring cost certainty where possible. 

As part of the project-management service, design teams would be challenged to ensure that the ultimate design solution is cost effective, implementable and offers 'best value'.

Audit, review & reporting


Comprehensive audit and reporting on existing processes and procedures, with recommendations of improvement to ensure effective communication and work practices operate efficiently.

ADS can further provide full audit on sales performance, showhome and sales presentation, and the review of sales and marketing strategy including digital presence.

Process & procedure guidance


All encompassing reviewing of process and procedures within a technical department thus ensure full collaboration between all disciplines. This will drive the developer towards effective and efficient pre-planning and site-delivery processes.
